At TheWhizStore, all our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal
✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund
- Wrong product received
- Defective or damaged product
- Incorrect size, color, or printed design (different from your order)
- Major delivery delay caused by us
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Please email us at contact@thewhizstore.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photo or video proof of the defect or wrong item
Resolution Timelines (after approval)
The exact timeline will be communicated to you by email once your request is approved.
In general, the following apply:
- Refunds: Initiated within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to credit the amount.
- Replacements: Reprinted and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–8 business days.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product before opening it. Send them to us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement if eligible.
Color & Print Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary slightly between your screen display and the actual printed product. Minor variations in color, placement, or print texture are normal due to the production process and are not considered defects.
❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Wrong size chosen by the customer
- Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
- Change of mind or cancellation after printing has started
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
✅ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
- Once printing or dispatch begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
